DAY 1 WELCOME

Marahaba and Welcome to Oman!
The beauties and wonders of the Sultanate are waiting for you! A driver will be waiting to collect you at Muscat International Airport when you arrive. They will take you to a hotel in Muscat City where you will spend the night.

DAY 2 MUSCAT CITY TOUR

Discover Muscat, the jewel of the Arabian Sea. Walk through the detailed and colourful halls of the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, sample the curiosities at Mutrah Souq, and explore the rare and fascinating artifacts of the Bait Al Zubair Museum. Finish the visit by stopping outside the vibrant Al Alam Palace in the Old City of Muscat.

DAY 3 THE EAST COAST

In the morning your guide will come to collect you at the hotel lobby to take you into the heart of the country. You will start by exploring the East Coast, where you will jump into the Bimmah Sinkhole, hike and swim in the exciting Wadi Shab, visit the Dhow Factory in Sur, and finish the day off with an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime encounter with the Green Sea Turtles.

DAY 4 WAHIBA SANDS CAMP

After a day by the sea, its time to venture into the famous Wahiba Sands. In preparation for the dryness of the desert, we first bring you to Wadi Bani Khalid, where you can relax and swim in cool and quiet pools. Afterwards, your guide will bring you on the exciting off-road journey that leads to the desert camp where you will spend the night.

DAY 5 JEBEL SHAMS CAMP

On this day we will take you from the gorgeous red dunes of the Wahiba Sands and bring you up to the tallest mountain in Oman, Jebel Shams at 3009 meters above sea level. On the way you will stop at the thriving city of Nizwa to see the dominating fort and its nearby souq. You will spend an exciting night near Oman’s very own grand canyon in a camp.

DAY 6 GRAND CANYON

Start your day with incredible views as you walk along the edge of the grand canyon. At this height you will see incredible animals such as the Egyptian Vulture, iconic for the pyramid pattern on its back. Afterwards your guide will take you to see the canyon from the bottom in Wadi An Nahkr. In the afternoon you will be brought back to Muscat.

DAY 7 THE FJORDS OF MUSANDAM

Pick-up from the hotel and transfer to Muscat International Airport.
Leave Muscat and go to Khasab.
Pick-up from Khasab Airport and go on a Half Day Mountain Safari Trip.
Tour is by 4-wheel drive vehicles (closed and air-conditioned). Driving is partially on winding mountain roads.

Guests on this adventure tour will be able to enjoy some of Oman’s most stunning sceneries. Board your 4-wheel drive vehicle and get ready for an exciting and breathtaking trip to Jebel Harim (translated as the Mountain of Women). With a height of 6,260 feet it is the highest peak on the Musandam Peninsula.

During your journey to Jebel Harim, you will be able to enjoy incredible vistas, including terraced mountain villages, lush Acacia forests and wadis (dry river beds). Following a drive of a little over an hour, a stop will be made at a Bedouin village located at an elevation of 3,000 feet. The village of Sayah, surrounded by palm groves, is one of the most picturesque villages on the Musandam Peninsula. After a stop for photographs and to enjoy this idyllic setting, continue with your drive to Jebel Harim. There will be time to admire the grand panorama from the mountain’s summit.

The return drive takes you pass Khawr Najid a stunning sea view point overlooking to Indian Ocean and then driver to Al Khalidya nature park before concluding your adventure trip back at Khasab.

DAY 8 DOLPHIN & SNORKELING

On this day you can soak up the sea and the sun on a Dhow Cruise. A traditional wooden boat will take you to the magnificent bays near Khasab where you will have the chance to see dolphins playing along side the boat. Finish the day off by jumping into the water and witnessing Oman’s exceptional marine creatures. Watch the setting sun from the boat.

DAY 9 FLY TO MUSCAT

A driver will come to collect you from the hotel and bring you to Khasab airport for your flight to Muscat.
Once atMuscat a driver will come to collect you to bring you to a hotel.

DAY 10 FLY TO SALALAH

A driver will come to collect you from the hotel and bring you to Khasab airport for your flight to Muscat.
Once atMuscat a driver will come to collect you to bring you to a hotel.

DAY 11 WESTERN SALALAH

On this day you will discover the incredible attractions to the West of Salalah. You will begin your day with a visit to the tomb of the Prophet Job, before heading over to the Mughasil Blow Holes, where you can breathe in the sea air. After driving up the Zig Zag Road, you will go and see some Frankincense trees, called the Sacred Tree in Latin.

DAY 12 EASTERN SALALAH

After going West its time to head East! Your guide will take you to Taqqah village and fort at the beginning of the day. Afterwards, you will walk in ancient footsteps at the archeological park of Sumhuram. Later, you will go to Wadi Darbat, where streams support a beautiful ecosystem all year round. Finish the tour at Jebel Samhan.

DAY 13 BACK TO MUSCAT

Now that you have seen all of Oman, its time to go back to the Capital for some rest and relaxation.
A driver will come to collect you at the hotel to bring you to Salalah Airport.
Once at Muscat, a driver will bring you to your hotel.

DAY 14 A DAY TO RELAX

Enjoy a day at your leisure! We recommend the following activities:
- A day at a beach resort.
- Doing some shopping in Mutrah Souq.
- Visiting the Royal Opera House Muscat.
- Go on a Sunset Dhow Cruise.
